Tony Gavinito started his professional dancing career and has been successfully performing and teaching for almost 10 years. He is certified as a Ballroom, Latin, Swing, and Country Western dance instructor. After working with various studios, Tony became an instructor with the world renowned Arthur Murray Dance Studios, which took his journey to Dallas, TX. At Arthur Murray, he was part of the third ranked studio, working with two of the top dance instructors in the world. Additionally, Tony has had the good fortune to train and perform with some of the best coaches in their field, including:
Scott Manahue – Amateur Latin World Champion of Blackpool
Mereyem Pearson – Latin Canadian Champion
Bob Powers – 13 time Rhythm Champion
Kari Joe and Juan – Mambo Champions
Snow Urbin - Dancing with the Stars
Ute Striker – the woman in ballroom history to win first place in 10 ballroom dances.
Tony has had many opportunities to dance and teach with celebrities from all over the globe. His repertoire includes: Starting halftime shows at the Dallas Cowboys Game with the DCC squad, Yankees stadium, Japan - for the Mayor of Tokyo and US Ambassador with other delegation parties accounted for, Nassau, Bahamas, Monterrey, Mexico, Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN, Dallas Chamber of Commerce, Charity events for Margarita Ball, Prestonwood’s Widely Famous Christmas Show, and the list for cities / events goes on.
